I want my customers to have a positive and pleasant experience and I will work with customers to accomplish this goal.


MariRu ships exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Puerto Rico is a territory and the US Postal Service works like a charm from down here.

Please note that all International shipments are processed through customs and will have a Customs form declaring the value of the contents. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any extra taxes and/or duties charged by your home country.

MariRu is located and works out of the island of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean and during hurricane season, which runs from June 1 through November 30 each year, there may be delays due to the crazy weather that happens during these months. Our goal is to keep our customers appraised of any changes that affect orders and will provide customers with either alternate delivery dates or accept the cancellation of orders on a case by case basis.

Holiday Ordering Deadlines

MariRu mails packages through the US Postal Service and every year the USPS publishes Holiday Shipping Deadlines. If ordering CUSTOM /PERSONALIZED ORDERS you need to look at the shop’s Order Datelines to ensure your package of pretties reaches its destination on time. The shipping categories used by this shop are:

  • First Class
  • Priority Mail
  • International First Class and Priority

In order to ensure your packages are delivered in time for your holiday plans, MariRu has established these Holiday Ordering Deadlines to provide our customers a pleasant purchase experience in our store.

I will ship items as soon as payment has cleared or within 2 days of payment. Remember that Custom Orders may take longer. Please see Custom Order information on the Item Description in each listing.

Once the payment is processed and the item has shipped MariRu Design Studio will send you an email to let you know that the item(s) have shipped. Packages shipped to the USA will included tracking information. For other countries, packages will be shipped first class via the USPS and may/may not include tracking information as this service is dependent upon availability and cost with the USPS.

All items sold are wrapped in tissue paper inside a lovely fabric pouch.


Custom and Wholesale Orders

I would gladly work on Custom Orders, provided payment is provided to cover the cost of my work and supplies. However, I am not able to accept returns on custom orders or personalized items, unless there has been an error on my part or the item is defective.

Wholesale Orders are welcomed; however, these are dependent on availability of materials and supplies. The minimum quantity for wholesale orders is 10 items and the wholesale discount is 50%. Please send me a message to create a custom listing for wholesale orders.
